V2X, Inc. seeks a Site Manager for the Combat Training Center (CTC) at Fort Polk, LA to oversee site operations, manage timelines, and lead personnel to ensure projects progress as planned.

An active Secret (Tier 3) level Security Clearance is required. The role involves coordinating with the FOCUS Center Manager and Field Operations Director to resource surge and maintain standards for military operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree / No Degree plus fourteen (14) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of operations for CTC sites.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects and activities progress as planned.
• Manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Lead and manage the personnel assigned to the site, including recruiting, training, professional development, performance evaluation, and ensuring the wellbeing of team members.
• Work with the FOCUS Center Manager and the Field Operations Director to resource and support surge as needed.
• Manage equipment and technology, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with the FOCUS Center Manager and other site leads on projects, share knowledge and resources, and work together towards common objectives.
• Foster an environment of innovation within the site.
• Conduct and oversee research projects, staying updated on the latest developments in the field, and implementing new technologies or methodologies to improve operations.
• Ensure that all activities and operations within the site comply with relevant laws, regulations, and military standards, including maintaining operational security, data protection, and ethical standards.
• Reports on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the site to the FOCUS Center Manager.
• Prepares detailed reports, presents findings, and makes recommendations for future actions.
• Addresses challenges and obstacles that arise during the operations of the site.
• Continually assesses the effectiveness of the site's operations and seek ways to improve. Solicits feedback, conducts after-action reviews, and implements changes to enhance performance.

Education
