Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Site Manager for the Combat Training Center (CTC) at Fork Polk, Louisiana. The role oversees daily operations, schedules, and objective-driven activities, ensuring alignment with program requirements and client expectations.

The candidate will lead site personnel, coordinate recruitment and training, manage equipment, and work with the FOCUS Center Manager to resource surge as needed. An active Secret (Tier 3) clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Associate's degree / No Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of CTC sites and ensure projects progress as planned
• Lead and manage site personnel including recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and wellbeing
• Resource and support surge in collaboration with FOCUS Center Manager and Field Operations Director
• Manage equipment and technology to ensure efficient use
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and military standards including OPS security and data protection
