V2X, Inc. seeks an Integration Operations Coordinator (CTC) for the Fort Irwin National Training Center.

This full-time, exempt role operates on a 3rd shift within NTCTSC, supporting live, virtual and constructive training environments to meet mission requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating between customers, site managers, sub-contractors and technicians; ensuring maintenance and inventory processes are documented in Maximo; and supervising the shift team to maintain security,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Electronics related field.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software products.
Must be a U. S. citizen and able to maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

Liaison between customer, site managers, sub-contractors, engineers and operators as the site manager designated representative at the OCC.
Ensure maintenance, training, supply and property processes / practices are documented in Maximo.
Coordinate with government customer, site management, and sub-contractors to ensure security, access control, and operations meet mission requirements at NTC.
Duty shift in a 24/7 operation center to track site activities, manage access, and monitor SAR / SOW reporting.
Support quality / ISO, security, safety and training programs.
Adhere to NTC, Operations Group, company directives and procedures.
Supervise Service Order Dispatchers, site badge activity, and reception staff during shift operations.
