Job summary

Science 37 seeks a Site Operations Manager I to lead end-to-end clinical study management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee resourcing, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per SOPs and GCP/ICH guidance.

The role demands strong leadership, budget oversight, and effective communication with sponsor teams and internal stakeholders in a matrix environment. Clinical research expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech clinical study management experience required.
• Medical and scientific knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a project management plan with cross-functional teams and milestones.
• Leads multi-disciplinary Study Management Team.
• End-to-end management ensuring resourcing and timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develops and monitors study metrics to assess study progress.
• Acts as primary contact between Science 37 and sponsor project team.
