Job summary

Science 37 in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Site Operations Manager I within Clinical Operations to oversee end-to-end delivery of clinical studies, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with high-quality standards.

You will lead a multifunctional study management team in a matrix environment, coordinating planning, recruitment, execution and close-out while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP/ICH and FDA/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech-sponsored clinical study management experience or equivalent applicable experience required.
• Medical and scientific knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge in study management - Demonstrates ability to successfully manage multiple clinical studies.
• Advanced degree or equivalent clinical research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a project management plan in conjunction with cross-functional teams outlining milestones, communication and contingency plans.
• Leads multi-disciplinary Study Management Team.
• End-to-end management of clinical studies to ensure appropriate resourcing and timely/high-quality delivery by all functional areas.
• Develops and monitors study metrics to assess study progress.
• Acts as the primary point of contact between Science 37 and sponsor project team and leads internal/external meetings.
• Oversees budgeting and financial tracking for studies under supervision.
