Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing clinical trials.
• Knowledge of GCP, HIPAA and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitable management of the clinical research site aligned with company policy.
• Coordinate clinical trials operations, regulatory compliance, and study execution.
• Lead HR tasks including performance evaluations, onboarding, and staff scheduling.
• Develop business plans with the site leadership to reach enrollment goals.
• Coordinate with IRBs, sponsor communications and centralized services.
