Job summary

Elite Clinical Network seeks a Site Manager to lead daily operations and oversee clinical trial conduct at the assigned site. You will ensure efficient trial execution, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and high-quality results while directing staff performance and collaboration with Sponsors, CROs, and vendors.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, resource planning, and maintaining audit readiness across study phases, with a focus on patient-centric research delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field (required).
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical research management or related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study execution from initiation through close-out to ensure timelines and protocol compliance.
• Monitor site revenue and expenses; collaborate with finance to track budgets and costs.
• Develop and implement detailed operational plans per study, including staffing and resources.
• Ensure regulatory reporting compliance per GCP/ICH and local regulations; maintain audit readiness.
• Maintain data integrity through source verification and timely data entry and reporting.
• Lead recruitment strategies to meet participant enrollment goals.
• Serve as primary contact for Sponsors, CROs, and vendors; manage communications and deliverables.
• Provide training for new site staff on protocol requirements and GMP/compliance.
• Plan regular site team meetings to align on updates and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Regional Site Manager and leadership to align study progress with targets.
• Oversee staff performance and maintain master training files for inspections.
