Job summary

Annapurna Labs in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Site Operations Program Manager to build and run the Austin site operations. You will own workplace experience, vendor relationships, event programming, and budget optimization to keep engineering teams productive and engaged.

You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams across Real Estate, HR, Finance, IT, and Security to deliver scalable processes, runbooks, and continuous improvement using data and AI-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience managing workplace experience, facilities operations, or site services.
• Experience with cross-functional teams; collaboration with leadership and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and M365 tools.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the Austin site operations program end-to-end — workplace experience, facilities coordination, vendor management, event programming, and employee engagement.
• Partner with site leadership to develop the vision, mission and tenets for the site.
• Develop roadmap for site operations.
• Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Finance, IT, and Security to align site operations with business objectives.
• Communicate program status, wins, risks, and blockers through regular updates.
• Manage site operations budget, analyze spending patterns, forecast quarterly and annual needs based on headcount growth.
• Execute site events end-to-end: all-hands meetings, team celebrations, leadership offsites, press visits, intern programming, and social events.
• Document event history through photos, videos, and archived project plans.
• Drive continuous improvement utilizing AI and other tools to streamline reporting.
