Job summary

Austin Powder is seeking a Foreman to lead location operations, asset management and staff in alignment with regional goals. You will ensure compliance, supervise daily activities, and maintain equipment and inventories while controlling costs and meeting customer requirements.

This role requires supervisory experience, budget responsibility, and strong communication. The candidate will work on site and contribute to safety initiatives, training, and timely reporting to the Location Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manages location operations in support of company and division goals and strategies.
• Ensures the accurate and timely completion of documents as required by policy and regulations.
• Orders, maintains and inventories products, supplies, vehicles and equipment for the location to maximize asset utilization.
• Communicates customer and community concerns to appropriate company personnel.
• Manages the use, cost and maintenance of fixed assets assigned to the location.
• Maintains fixed asset lists of all equipment assigned to the location.
• Adheres to site security standards and housekeeping guidelines.
• Conducts timely inspection and maintenance of location assets to control costs and maximize availability.
• Leads and develops a team to meet location goals and customer requirements.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by assuring regulatory compliance (MSHA, OSHA, ATF, DOT).
• Provides leadership in Emergency Response.
