Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Austin, TX is seeking a Site Manager to plan, organize, lead and execute operations at our tire collection facility. This hands-on role works closely with the site team to drive safety, efficiency and customer service.

You will oversee routes, fleet deployment, tire handling and maintenance, manage personnel, and push continuous improvements while meeting financial targets. Minimum 3 years in leadership; a bachelor's in logistics or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in related leadership roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines preferred
• Experience with FMCSA guidelines preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and execute all site operations for tire collection facility
• Drive safety compliance and environmental regulations
• Oversee tire collection routes, fleet deployment, tire handling and maintenance
• Manage day-to-day counting, unloading, loading and shipping of tires
