Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a hands-on Site Manager in Oklahoma City to own the P&L, lead a CDL-driven operations team, and drive local sales. This role requires turning around underperforming sites and building a strong culture with community relationships.

You'll oversee daily operations, fleet maintenance, safety compliance, and budgeting in a fast-growing, essential industry. A proven track record in DOT-regulated environments and a no-nonsense leadership style are essential for success in

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of operational management in waste/logistics or related field.
• Experience managing CDL drivers and a DOT-regulated fleet.
• Demonstrated success turning around underperforming sites.
• Experience owning or managing a P&L.
• Strong sales and local account development skills.
• Experience recruiting and leading a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including routing and service delivery.
• Manage CDL drivers and equipment in DOT-compliant fashion.
• Maintain vehicles/equipment and monitor safety standards.
• Own the site P&L and drive budget targets and growth.
• Build customer relationships and pursue new business locally.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and team development.
