Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Regional General Manager to own the full P&L for multiple sites across your territory. You will lead fleet and driver operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance with DOT standards.

You will manage site leaders, partner with Talent Acquisition, and maintain strong client relations while optimizing operations and costs. This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on accountability across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site or regional operations management experience.
• P&L ownership and financial management experience.
• Experience managing DOT-regulated drivers and fleets.
• Waste/logistics industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership with geographically dispersed team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with standard business and operations software; ability to work with financial reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Own full regional P&L and financial oversight across multiple sites.
• Oversee fleet operations and DOT compliance within your region.
• Lead site managers and support talent acquisition and retention.
• Drive revenue growth and manage key accounts and escalations.
• Ensure consistent service and identify/solve operational inefficiencies.
