Metasys Technologies seeks an experienced Site Operations Director to oversee a complex manufacturing facility in the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will drive operational performance, manage the P&L, and ensure delivery of customer commitments.

You will lead operations, supply chain, engineering, program management, and quality, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams within a complex operational setting.
• Prior experience with full P&L ownership and accountability for business results.
• Experience operating within ISO-certified and/or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements, financial performance, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations to ensure customer, quality, delivery, and financial objectives are achieved.
• Own site-level P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with business goals and growth strategies.
• Establish performance metrics and drive operational excellence initiatives throughout the organization.
• Partner with functional leaders to optimize production planning, resource allocation, and inventory management.
• Foster a high-performance culture through leadership development, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Serve as a change agent by implementing process improvements and promoting continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality, environmental, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support strategic priorities and enhance organizational effectiveness.
