Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a senior Client Relationship and Delivery Lead to manage strategic aerospace and manufacturing accounts in North America. You will steer governance, ownership of service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across on-site and remote teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial oversight, and proactive growth strategies, with a focus on MES, PLM, and ERP integrations within digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, IT or business; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years in industrial, engineering, consulting, or technology services environments.
Proven experience managing strategic client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for the client and lead governance meetings.
Manage operations, service delivery, and risk mitigation.
Lead multidisciplinary teams located on-site and remotely.
Identify opportunities and drive account growth through proposals and negotiations.
Oversee budgets, revenue, profitability, and financial reporting.
Provide regular operational and financial updates to leadership.
