Associated Metal Forming Technologies seeks a Site Leader to direct operations, finance, and strategy for the Sko Die site. You will drive performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while aligning with corporate goals and growth plans.

You will oversee manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain, building a high-performing team and partnering with Sales, R&D, and Global Supply Chain to deliver on-time, high-quality aerospace and defense products.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience managing multi-site or large-scale operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven lean manufacturing expertise and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own P&L and balance sheet for the site.
• Develop and execute long-term site strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain operations daily.
• Drive lean improvements and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Global Supply Chain to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Represent the division with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
