Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations to ensure customer, quality, delivery, and financial objectives are achieved.
• Own site-level P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with business goals and growth strategies.
• Establish performance metrics and drive operational excellence initiatives throughout the organization.
• Partner with functional leaders to optimize production planning, resource allocation, and inventory management.
