Job summary

Sopra Steria Aeroline is seeking a Site Manager & Client Account Manager to act as the primary company representative at a strategic client site in the North American region. The role combines operations leadership, client relationship management, and business development, with responsibility for on-site and remote teams, and profitability targets.

Required are a technical bachelor's degree, extensive account management experience, and knowledge of MES/PLM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is considered an asset.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial/engineering/consulting/tech services environments.
• Proven experience managing strategic client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with aerospace, manufacturing, digital transformation, MES, PLM, or industrial IT is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative at the client site, leading operations and governance.
• Manage on-site and remote teams, ensuring delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive business development and account growth within the client organization.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, profitability, and project performance.
• Provide regular operational and financial reporting to North American leadership.
