Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking a capable site manager to oversee operations and clinical practices, ensuring patient safety, quality of care, and access to all services at the site.

You will collaborate with the Management Team (HR, IT, Billing, Finance, Marketing, QI, Facilities, operations, and Integration) to develop and implement protocols, policies, and procedures while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management within healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and healthcare operations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact for site operations and delegates accordingly.
• Oversees clinical and/or administrative staff at assigned site.
• Manages site budget and resources.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety training.
• Partners with regional leadership to identify risks and drive quality improvement initiatives.
