Job summary

Global K9 Protection Group LLC is seeking a Site Manager MIA to lead day-to-day operations at the Miami site, ensuring service excellence and compliance with all GK9PG and TSA requirements. The role oversees scheduling, training, and customer relations at the warehouse level.

The Site Manager will coordinate onboarding for new customers, supervise team members, and drive site growth while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• ATF license required or the ability to obtain and maintain it.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with strong relationship-building.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing requirements, including after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage scheduling for site personnel.
• Facilitate badging, travel arrangements, and compliance培训 as needed.
• Manage GK9PG equipment, inventory, and property for the site.
• Ensure compliance with GK9PG policies, TSA regulations, and site standards.
• Coordinate new customer implementations and onboarding at the site.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and address performance with Area/Regional leadership.
