Job Summary

Global K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Site Lead to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains and manages scheduling
  • Facilitates badging (where required)
  • Provides travel assistance
  • Manages GK9PG equipment and property
  • Manages training and ensures annotation in GlobalView
  • Reviews a percentage of site videos per week/month and ensures annotation in GlobalView
  • Ensures explosive inventory is performed per shift
  • Ensures ATF compliance
  • Monitors and schedules required certification training dates
  • Reviews GlobalView inputs of subordinates for accuracy and completeness
  • Consults with Area Manager on subordinate discipline and counsels subordinates as required
  • Performs Paycom duties: monitoring employee punches, PTO, overtime scheduling, timecard verification and developing work and training schedules
  • Enforces handbook policy
  • Manages customer relationships at the warehouse level and coordinates new customer implementation
  • Facilitates new employee orientation and OJT requirements
  • Cascades and disseminates corporate communication to site‑wide personnel
  • Responsible for overall site growth, customer satisfaction and acquisition
  • Certified with a CCSF‑K9 and works leash hours when operationally needed
  • Acts as first line supervisor for all GK9PG employees at the location
  • Provides first level client interface and compliance accountability for the site
  • Enforces GK9PG, TSA policies and procedures for the site
  • Provides site specific input to the Regional Director of Cargo Operations
  • Facilitates site or client specific training
  • Coordinates start‑ups and demos as part of business development
  • Participates in scheduled weekly briefings/meetings with HQ as requested
  • Conducts OJT for newly assigned teams
  • Performs QA/QC audits of site videos and training & utilization records of subordinates
  • Monitors required recertification dates of assigned K9 teams to schedule for the requirements
