Job summary

Global K9 Protection Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for the Miami area. The role oversees daily site operations, scheduling, training, and compliance across GK9PG systems, including GlobalView annotation.

You will manage equipment, client relationships, and new customer onboarding at the warehouse level. The candidate should have strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to coordinate across teams, while working outside normal hours as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Employee Possessor license through ATF.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with tight schedules and deadlines.
• Strong organizational, time management and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and manages scheduling at the site.
• Facilitates badging processes where required.
• Provides travel assistance as needed.
• Manages GK9PG equipment and property at the site.
• Oversees training, compliance and annotation in GlobalView.
• Reviews site videos and annotations for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures explosive inventory are performed per shift and ATF compliance.
• Monitors and schedules required certification training dates.
• Supervises subordinates and conducts performance/discipline conversations.
