Job summary

Friends of Switchpoint is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at the Jordan Trail site in Murray, UT. The role requires leadership across all site departments, budget management, and ensuring quality service delivery to residents in alignment with licenses and contracts.

You will partner with ACT/CARE Teams, county representatives, and community partners to maintain safe, well-coordinated facility operations and support resident stability.

Qualifications

• BS degree in human services or related field with management experience.
• Minimum 4+ years in the human services industry and 3+ years in management.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and operations coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage budgets, track KPI metrics, and produce reports for leadership.
• Coordinate resident services and support resident stability and accountability.
• Engage with community partners, CARE/ACT Teams, and county representatives.
• Hire key staff and provide effective leadership to the team.
• Ensure safety standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
