Job summary

Opensity is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the client site in Southfield, MI. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional client service, and handle administrative tasks including copy, print, mail, hospitality and facilities management.

You will recruit and train personnel, assign work, monitor productivity, schedule shifts to meet service levels, and prepare monthly reports for leadership and the client. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum supervisory experience in a client-service oriented field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move 75 lbs.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal liaison between employees and the client.
• Supervise and delegate to the team to meet productivity and service goals.
• Identify efficiency improvements and recommend enhancements.
• Explain products, services, schedules, and guarantees to the client.
• Recruit and interview candidates at the site; hire, train and develop staff.
• Schedule personnel to cover operating hours and avoid overtime.
• Assist Manager with productivity tracking and monthly leadership reports.
