Job summary

Opensity is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Detroit client site and ensure outstanding service delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and support recruitment, training and development to maintain high performance.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation and the ability to work independently. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is expected; the position is on-site in Detroit with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a client service-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the client site and ensure exceptional service.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to site team; recruit, hire, train and develop staff.
• Schedule personnel to meet performance standards and ensure coverage.
• Provide monthly productivity and performance reports to leadership and client.
• Assist the manager with process improvements and service enhancements.
