Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Site Materials Manager to oversee the efficient management and coordination of materials and equipment on the construction site. You will lead a team of warehouse expeditors, equipment operators, and clerks to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and effective procurement processes.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will implement quality control, coordinate with QA/QC, and optimize logistics, storage, and documentation while maintaining budget

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certifications advantageous.
• 5–8 years in materials management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• 2–3 years in leadership or project management.
• Construction industry knowledge and experience highly valued.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee materials and equipment inventory on the construction site.
• Lead the warehouse expeditors, equipment operators, and clerks on site.
• Coordinate procurement and expediting with the procurement team and vendors.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
