Saulsbury Industries seeks a Site Materials Manager for Abernathy, TX, on-site night shift. You will lead a team of warehouse expeditors, operators, and clerks to ensure timely material deliveries and accurate inventory control on the construction site.

You will collaborate with procurement, QA/QC, and project teams to optimize procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics while maintaining safety and cost discipline across the project.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• 5-8 years in materials management/logistics with 2-3 years in leadership or project management.
• Construction industry knowledge and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee materials planning, ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and storage.
• Coordinate procurement and expediting of materials and equipment.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate terms and delivery schedules.
• Lead warehouse expeditors, equipment operators, and clerks; drive performance.
• Review purchase requisitions to align with project budgets.
• Inspect received materials with QA/QC and ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to and from the site, optimize cost.
• Support health and safety regulations in materials handling and operations.
• Document control: maintain records of receipts, issues, and transfers.
