Qualifications

• 2-3 years in construction logistics or materials coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of prefab coordination and construction cost coding.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to produce timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage material receiving, storage, tracking, staging, and distribution.
• Coordinate prefab deliveries and communicate with vendors/suppliers.
• Maintain inventory logs and reconcile invoices with POs.

Skills

Construction logistics experience

Proficient in MS Excel

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
