Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Materials Coordinator to receive, verify, organize, and distribute materials to support daily production. You will ensure incoming materials match purchase orders, maintain ERP inventory, and uphold traceability standards.

The role includes staging and kitting to support production scheduling and safe forklift operation. On-site in Kemmerer, WY, the candidate will participate in safety initiatives, follow FIFO and handling best practices, and help maintain organized

Qualifications

• Follow FIFO and proper material handling practices.
• Support QA/QC and maintain material traceability.
• Safely operate forklifts and handling equipment.
• Commit to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and organized work areas.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking.
• Identify and elevate shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP or inventory systems
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
• Follow FIFO and proper material handling best practices
• Support QA/QC efforts by ensuring material traceability when required
• Safely operate forklifts and related material handling equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations
