Job summary

ChristianaCare Health System is seeking a Site Manager to oversee ambulatory Practice Support within the Supportive & Palliative Care program. The role leads a team of nurses, social workers, and administrative staff across Newark/Wilmington/Union locations, ensuring efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate change leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience in supervising ambulatory practice staff preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and fiscal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention and offboarding for ambulatory caregivers.
• Provide on-site support for daily problem-solving and staffing across clinics.
• Coach front desk and non-provider staff on standard operating procedures.
• Monitor cash handling, cash reconciliations, and supply levels.
• Plan and lead monthly clinic staff meetings; approve caregiver timecards and address safety issues.
