Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Medical Group has a Full-Time Site Manager role to support the Primary Care at Concord practice in Chadds Ford, PA. The Site Manager will supervise ambulatory practice caregivers and ensure daily clinic workflows are followed to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers (ie MAs, OAs, RNs).
• Completes Check-ins and Annual Performance Evaluations of assigned caregivers (MAs, OAs, RNs).
• Provides on-site support and direction for daily problem-solving of associate, patient, and provider concerns.
• Ensures that clinic staffing is in place to support the activities and services within their assigned clinic(s) and services.
• Addresses caregiver staffing gaps by securing and redeploying caregivers as needed.
• Notifies providers of changes in staffing and the actions being taken to restore staffing levels.
• Monitors and coach’s non-provider caregivers to ensure SOPs and workflows are followed for patient care.
• Conducts daily charge and cash reconciliations per established policies.
• Ensures that supply levels are maintained to support clinic activities.
• Plans and leads monthly clinic meetings with non-provider caregivers to share results and updates.
