The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, executive leadership experience, and a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (nursing, medical technology, business, healthcare management) is required and preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of medical practice/departmental operations leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ healthcare experience managing people leaders.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support quality, access, and growth.
• Lead alignment of ambulatory services with broader system initiatives and service line development.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to advance Medical Group, Service Line and System growth.
