Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Site Manager for Supportive & Palliative Care to oversee ambulatory practice staff across 1–3 clinics. You’ll provide front-line leadership, ensure daily workflows, and maintain high-quality patient care while coordinating with the care team.

The role includes conducting evaluations, coaching staff, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and clinic policies. Strong communication and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years of office practice experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers.
• Conducts check-ins and annual performance evaluations, provides on-site support for daily problem-solving, and ensures clinic staffing is in place.
• Monitors and coaches front desk caregivers and non-provider caregivers to ensure SOPs and workflows are followed.
• Conducts daily charge and cash reconciliations, maintains supply levels, and leads monthly clinic meetings with non-provider caregivers.
• Supervises and trains non-provider caregivers on daily cash handling and copay collections.
• Approves caregiver timecards and enforces safety policies; reports hazards to the supervisor.
