Job summary

ServiceNet seeks a compassionate Site Manager in Feeding Hills, MA, to oversee resident care and daily operations Sunday-Thursday, 3p-11p. Salary $19.57-$20.53 hourly with a $2 differential for MAP Certified.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• MAP Training or First Aid is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and help them engage with family and community.
• Provide daily support with routines, meals, and activities while ensuring health and safety.
• Administer medications as needed and transport residents using company vehicles.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and train staff to deliver quality care.
