Job summary

The Site Manager will plan, organize, and supervise front office and non-provider clinical staff at an adult primary care site, focusing on patient satisfaction, clinic flow, staff efficiency and budget management. It requires strong medical terminology knowledge, leadership, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Ideal candidates possess a nursing license or CMA with at least five years of progressive clinic leadership, plus active BLS certification, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise front office and clinical (non-provider) staff at an adult primary care site.
• Oversee patient satisfaction, patient flow, staff efficiency and productivity, and the site budget.
• Work to meet goals on patient satisfaction, quality care, and patient volumes.
• Ensure smooth operations and adherence to clinical and administrative standards.
