SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Operations Manager in Indianapolis, IN to direct site programs and enforce contract duties with customers. The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, and compliance with OSHA, FLSA, and other regulations.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential nights and weekends, a salary range of $75,000–$80,000, and opportunities to promote services and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality and service.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work is completed to standard.
• Maintain and report on financials such as labor hours, overhead, expenses, and forecasting.
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
