Job summary

INTERLAKES COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP in Martin, SD, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee Nutrition Site operations, ensuring meals are served smoothly, safely, and with a welcoming atmosphere.

You will monitor service flow, participant satisfaction, and food quality, partnering with the Nutrition Cook to plan menus and maintain standards, while leading day-to-day activities onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating food service or site operations.
• Strong organization, communication, and customer-service mindset.
• Comfort monitoring quality and following standards consistently.
• Ability to work onsite, full time.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across assigned Nutrition Site(s).
• Track service flow, participant satisfaction, and food quality; address issues quickly.
• Partner with the Nutrition Cook to help prepare meals that meet established standards.
• Build and update menus that balance quality, variety, and guidelines.
