Job summary

INTERLAKES COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP in Hot Springs, SD is seeking a Site Manager to run our Nutrition Site(s). You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure meals are served in an organized, welcoming way, and safeguard quality and participant experience from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate with the Nutrition Cook to prepare meals that meet established standards, help sketch upcoming menus, and monitor service flow and satisfaction throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating food service or site operations
• Strong organization, communication, and customer-service mindset
• Comfort monitoring quality and following standards consistently
• Ability to work onsite, full time

You arrive onsite to a space that's already humming-checking in on how things are going, connecting with familiar faces, and keeping the pace steady as service ramps up. You'll keep a close eye on how participants are experiencing the site, listening for what's working and what needs a quick tune-up. As the day unfolds, you'll jump in alongside the Nutrition Cook when needed, then shift into planning mode-sketching out upcoming menus and making sure the next service is set up for a strong finish. You wrap up knowing the details were handled and the site is ready to do it all again tomorrow.
