Job summary

INTERLAKES COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP in Martin, SD, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee Nutrition Site operations, ensuring meals are served smoothly, safely, and with a welcoming atmosphere.

You will monitor service flow, participant satisfaction, and food quality, partnering with the Nutrition Cook to plan menus and maintain standards, while leading day-to-day activities onsite.

As the day unfolds, you’ll jump in alongside the Nutrition Cook when needed, then shift into planning mode—sketching out upcoming menus and making sure the next service is set up for a strong finish. You wrap up knowing the details were handled and the site is ready to do it all again tomorrow.
