Job summary

Turtle-6 is seeking a Site Manager in Warsaw, IN to oversee daily production and site operations, ensuring safe practices, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality standards for our customers.

You will lead purchasing in partnership with the customer, manage accounts payable/receivable, recruit and supervise staff, and drive large-scale cost-savings initiatives. Vendor liaison and on-site documentation are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year purchasing experience.
• At least 3 years supervising staff.
• Knowledge of materials and the commodity market.
• Experience in integrated supply.
• Independent thinker and learner.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage expectations.
• Sourcing experience.
• Organized and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Manage MRO purchasing in partnership with the customer.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for the site.
• Recruit, hire, manage and supervise staff.
• Identify and execute cost savings initiatives.
• Liaison between customer and vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed site documentation and reports.
• Grow THIS’s business on site.
• Assure that vendors are delivering up to expectation.
