Job summary

Turtle is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations in Warsaw, Indiana, ensuring production supply crib work is performed safely, on time, and to the customer’s quality standards.

You will manage MRO purchasing with the customer, supervise staff, and identify large-scale cost savings while coordinating with vendors and maintaining detailed site reports for accountability.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of purchasing experience.
• At least 3 years supervising staff, including hiring, disciplining and terminating.

About the Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that the production supply crib work is done safely, on time and to the right quality standards of the customer.

What You’ll Bring

• Associates Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• At least one year of experience with purchasing practices and procedures
• At least 3 years supervising staff, to include, hiring disciplining and terminating staff
• Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the site
• Experience in integrated supply
• Independent thinker and learner
• Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations
• Sourcing experience
• Organized and ability to be flexible
