Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, optimize inventory levels, and drive cost savings through strategic procurement.

You will manage procurement in RS's system and the client CMMS, supervise storeroom staff, develop supplier relationships, and report on performance against contract metrics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in purchasing and managing MRO items.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Proficiency with procurement CMMS/EAM software.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with inventory control and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site MRO and storeroom management operations.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
• Recruit, train, and develop storeroom staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Negotiate with suppliers; manage stock guarantees.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Generate reports on stock, procurement activity, and performance.
