RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily MRO storeroom operations at a key New England site. You will manage procurement, inventory, and staff, ensuring timely orders and adherence to contract terms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPM/APICS certification desirable or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience in supply chain management, sourcing, and staff supervision.
• Proficiency in Procurement CMMS and/or EAM software; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure safety rules and regulations are observed and followed by employees.
• Oversee on-site MRO and storeroom management, purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
• Supervise direct reports, provide feedback and performance management.
• Negotiate stock guarantees with Category Managers; manage client relationships.
• Manage purchasing through RS Integrated Supply systems and client CMMS; ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with senior management; prioritize daily tasks.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory reduction programs.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports; drive corrective actions.
