Job summary

Turtle-6 is seeking a Site Manager in Warsaw, IN to oversee daily production and site operations, ensuring safe practices, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality standards for our customers.

You will lead purchasing in partnership with the customer, manage accounts payable/receivable, recruit and supervise staff, and drive large-scale cost-savings initiatives. Vendor liaison and on-site documentation are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year purchasing experience.
• At least 3 years supervising staff.
• Knowledge of materials and the commodity market.
• Experience in integrated supply.
• Independent thinker and learner.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage expectations.
• Sourcing experience.
• Organized and flexible.

About the Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that the production supply crib work is done safely, on time and to the right quality standards of the customer.

What You'll Bring

• Associates Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• At least one year of experience with purchasing practices and procedures
• At least 3 years supervising staff, to include, hiring disciplining and terminating staff
• Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the site
• Experience in integrated supply
