Job summary

Turtle seeks a Site Manager in Ponce, PR to oversee daily operations, ensure safe production supply crib work, and deliver quality results for our customer in Puerto Rico. The position requires an Associates degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 1+ year purchasing experience, 3+ years supervising staff, and strong sourcing and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with purchasing practices and procedures.
• 3+ years supervising staff, including hiring, disciplining and terminating.
• Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the site.
• Experience in integrated supply and strong customer-service skills.
• Independent thinker with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage MRO purchasing in partnership with the customer.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for the site.
• Recruit, hire, manage and supervise staff.
• Identify and execute large-scale/long-term cost savings initiatives.
• Liaison between customer and vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and site reports.
• Grow THIS’s business on site and ensure vendors meet expectations.
