Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, productivity, and quality across the site.
• Meet financial goals by managing controllable expenses.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all functions.
• Share best practices and learn from other sites to improve performance.
• Optimize equipment and processes to expand capability and efficiency.
• Ensure BOMs are correct and products meet BOM cost and quality commitments.
