Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well-kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement fair management practices in hiring, training, counseling and separation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and ensure marketing execution meets standards.
• Communicate effectively with employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize site files and reports, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage merchandise display and pricing; ensure posters/signs are accessible.
