Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and working conditions described.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept per company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service within guidelines.
• Implement fair, non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize communication meetings with site staff and Market Manager.
• Evaluate action plans to reach site objectives and manage reports.
