Job summary

BayCare seeks a Site Manager III for its Largo, FL location. This role leads daily operations of a multi-specialty physician practice, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient access, and efficient clinical support across 175 locations in the Tampa Bay region.

Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with senior leaders, and maintaining high-quality patient experiences within a Monday–Friday schedule. Requires 4–5 years leadership in health delivery settings and relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and risk management at facility level
• Oversee maintenance and purchasing for the facility
• Manage patient access, insurance verification, collections and referrals
• Liaise with Directors of Physician Services, Clinical Quality and Compliance, and CBO
• Maintain office hours and coordinate with team
