Job summary

BayCare in Tampa is seeking a Site Manager II to oversee daily operations at the Primary Care facility and ensure outstanding patient service. You will manage utilization, financials, staff, and compliance while coordinating with physicians and leadership to maintain high-quality care in a busy outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of health-delivery leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve problems across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare preferred.
• 4 years leadership in a health delivery setting with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years physician or ambulatory clinic office with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years leadership in a health delivery setting with a bachelor's degree.
• 3 years physician or ambulatory clinic office experience with a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversees utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the facility level.
• Oversees maintenance and purchasing for the facility.
• Acts as liaison to senior directors and CBO.
• Maintains patient access to services, insurance verification, and revenue processes.
