Qualifications

• Experience leading in a health delivery setting with a strong operational focus.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage facility operations, purchasing, and maintenance.
• Strong communication with directors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utilization management and daily operations of the physician practice at the facility.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and risk management at the facility level.
• Oversee maintenance and purchasing for the facility.
• Manage patient access, insurance verification, utilization management, charge entry, and collections.
• Coordinate with Director of Physician Services, Clinical Quality and Compliance, and CBO.
• Maintain office hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; hours may vary.
